Born And Raised Outdoors (BRO, LLC.) is looking for an energetic and passionate Manufacturing/Warehouse Associate to join the Born And Raised Team. To deliver on our promise to customers, we rely on exceptionally talented, bright, and committed people. Currently, we’re seeking a multi-faceted Manufacturing/Warehouse Associate to help facilitate manufacturing and fulfillment operations at BRO HQ. This skilled multitasker will assist in the receiving, handling, storing, manufacturing, picking, and packing activities of the warehouse, ensuring that quality standards are met or exceeded. They must achieve excellent customer service,  inventory accuracy, coordinate order fulfillment, and track lead/shipping times for thousands of orders every month. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented and able to facilitate multiple facets of the manufacturing/warehouse operations simultaneously.

Overview - Manufacturing/Warehouse Associate

• Ensure that the manufacturing/warehouse operates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction the primary goal.
• Help facilitate daily operations while following inventory and logistics goals.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
• Help facilitate logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages
• Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary

• All other duties deemed necessary for this position

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum requirement of a Highschool Diploma or equivalent
• In lieu of educational requirements, one or more years of experience as a warehouse associate.
• Proficiency with manufacturing/warehouse procedures and policies
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
• Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal

Position Details

• Salary: ​Competitive Hourly Wage $16-20 per hour

• Work Schedule:​ Monday-Friday plus travel  and weekend work as needed throughout the year 

• PTO: 2 weeks 

• Employment Status:​ Full-time, Hourly

• Location: Roseburg Oregon
